　　皮埃尔·德福安，马达里亚加欧洲学院基金会执行主任，欧洲学院欧洲贸易政策讲师，巴黎政治学院经济学讲师。曾任欧洲委员会南北关系中心主任、欧洲委员会副主席。主要研究国际经济政策、政治经济学、欧洲与发展中国家关系。
　　Pierre Defraigne, Executive Director of the Madariaga College of Europe Foundation, Lecturer in European Trade Policy at the College of Europe and in economics at Science-Po, former Director for North-South Relations, Vice-President of the European Commission. Research fields: international economic policies, political economy and relations with developing countries.

　　Martin Jacques, a British journalist and scholar, Visiting Fellow at Asia Research Centre of the London School of Economics and Political Science.
